Sidney Deener honored one of their own on Friday. Seth Garner left a lasting impact on the entire Deener Family, and his name will be displayed in their outdoor garden for others to relax and feel peace. They are thankful to Seth's family for attending the ceremony.

Congratulations to the SHS tennis team for their success at the Conference Tennis Tournament last week. Avery Tranum & Sheriden Hernandez won the championship match for girls' doubles & nine out of twelve entries qualified for state. We host the state tournament beginning Monday!

Searcy District Guiding Coalition members are sporting pink in honor of some of our own who have fought or who are fighting the fight! Join us in supporting these special people!

Athletic Update: There will be no JV volleyball game at Paragould tonight. Varsity volleyball will play at 5pm.

The Arkansas National Guard provided lunch for SHS students who scored a 3 or above on AP exams last spring. Congratulations to all of these students, and we offer a BIG thanks to the AR National Guard and especially Sgt. Matt Barnes, Sgt. Elijah Steile, and Sgt. Spencer Cook for visiting SHS and talking with students about how they can serve following high school!
